Used Books

We're excited to announce that we are once again offering a curated selection of used books at The Book Dragon.

At this time, we are not offering a trade-in program and are not currently purchasing used books. When we do accept donations, please note the following guidelines:

Books must be in very good condition:

• No broken spines

• No missing pages

• No water damage

• No highlighting or underlining

• Free from strong odors (e.g. cigarette smoke or pet smells)

We reserve the right to decline any donation that does not meet these standards. Please be prepared to take back any books we are unable to accept.

Due to limited shelf space, we are currently accepting fiction only in the following genres:

• Science Fiction

• Fantasy

• Romance (please note: we are not accepting Harlequin romances)

• Horror

• Mystery

• Current fiction (published within the last 3 years)

• Classics are welcome if they meet out condition standards

With a constantly changing inventory of used books, our need for specific genres may shift over time. We’ll adjust what we can accept accordingly.

Please email the shop to make an appointment before bringing any books in for donation.
