The Book Dragon Shop is proud to support indie authors through our Indie Author Table Event program. Our Indie Author Table Event allows us to promote and support indie authors and showcase titles we might not normally be able to feature on our shelves.
If you are a local, self-published author and are interested in participating, please review the details of our Indie Author Table Event program and then fill out the form below.
We look forward to being able to host in-person author events in the future and will post the information in this section.

Local Author Table Event Application

The Book Dragon Shop is proud to be a supporter of local, indie authors through our Indie Author Table Event program.

Your book maybe a candidate for a Indie Table Event at The Book Dragon Shop if:

● It is self-published or not readily available from one of our wholesaler dealers.

● You live in Virginia or the surrounding area or your book is about an event that has occurred in the area or about the area.

● The title and author name appear on the spine and has an ISBN number.

● It has been proofread/edited and contains no typographical errors.

● It is paperback, hardcover or board. We do not accept spiral bound books except for select cookbooks.

IMPORTANT: If your book meets these requirements, please first read our terms and important information in this PDF. If these terms are acceptable, you can then fill out this application form to be considered for an Indie Author Table Event with us.

Things to note:

Indie Author Table Event is $35.00.. This fee is payable prior to the event. The Book Dragon Shop will send an invoice for payment.
The Book Dragon Shop reserves the right to make any final decisions on accepting a book or scheduling an event.
